Wind Farm Co. grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to play Wind Farm privately and non-commercially. This licence never extends to copying, modifying, distributing, selling, sublicensing, reverse-engineering or deriving new works from the game or any part of it.
Everything that makes up Wind Farm — source code, artwork, animations, sounds and text — remains the intellectual property of Wind Farm Co. and its contributors, protected by copyright, trademark and related laws. Accepting these Terms grants you no ownership whatsoever.

Wind Farm is entirely free. It has no in-app purchases, no paid upgrades, no purchasable virtual currency and no gambling or wagering mechanics of any sort. Every point, score or achievement is a fictional in-game value worth nothing in the real world.
Wind Farm is offered 'as is' and 'as available', without any warranty, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Continuous availability, a bug-free experience and compatibility with every browser and device are not guaranteed.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Wind Farm Co. and its contributors bear no liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages connected with your use of, or inability to use, Wind Farm. Since the game is free, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to it is nil.
Wind Farm Co. may update, modify, suspend or discontinue Wind Farm, in whole or in part, at any moment and without notice. These Terms may be revised the same way; the 'Last updated' date always marks the current version. Playing on after a revision means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Wind Farm Co. is registered, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from them falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
