This is the privacy notice of Wind Farm Co., publisher of Wind Farm. We are an independent studio that built the game on a simple principle: take nothing we don't need. Below we explain, in plain language, what little information passes through the site and what happens to it.
Wind Farm Co. limits itself to three categories:
localStorage. They are never transmitted — our servers never see them at all.What we never touch: your name, email address, postal address, phone number, payment details, or any profile built around your IP.
The small amount described above serves exactly three purposes: keeping Wind Farm running correctly on your device; finding and fixing technical errors; and understanding broad usage trends. Advertising, remarketing and behavioural profiling are not among them.
Wind Farm sets no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels and no third-party cookies of any kind. localStorage exists solely to keep your high score between visits. Clear it from your browser settings whenever you like — you will lose the score and gain nothing but a fresh start.
Typography is delivered via Google Fonts; when a font file loads, Google naturally receives your IP address as part of the routine request. Details are in Google's privacy policy. Beyond that single font request, Wind Farm contains no analytics platforms, advertising networks or social widgets.
Server access logs are wiped automatically after 14 days. Everything held in localStorage stays on your own device until you delete it — we have no remote way to read or remove it, because it never reaches us.
Depending on where you live, you may hold rights over personal data: to see it, correct it, delete it, object to its processing, or move it. Since we practically hold none, the fastest way to exercise these rights is clearing your browser storage. For anything else, email power@windfarm.eco and we will reply within 30 days.
We apply sensible safeguards to the tiny server-side dataset we keep. No internet transfer is perfectly secure — which is precisely why Wind Farm was designed so that even a full server breach would reveal nothing about who played it.
If our practices or legal requirements change, this notice changes too — the date at the top always shows the current version. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the revised notice.
